3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
- You must provide accurate details of the waste type and volume. Misrepresentation may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided based on waste type, volume, and access conditions.
- Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, difficult access, or extra labour.
- Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via cash, card, or bank transfer.
5. Waste Disposal and Recycling
- We are a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency.
- All collected waste will be disposed of at authorised facilities, with recycling prioritised where possible.
- A Waste Transfer Note can be provided upon request.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You must ensure clear and safe access to the waste to be collected.
- Items must be ready for removal at the agreed time.
- You are responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included unless agreed in advance.
7. Liability
- We will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- While we take care during collections, we accept no responsibility for accidental damage to property unless caused by negligence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
